An Honest Review Of The Clarisonic Mia 2.
The Good
- There’s a timer that beeps to indicate how long you should stay in one facial zone and when to switch — from your forehead to your cheeks, and so on
- They do offer a wide range of brush heads for specific concerns like acne, sensitive skin, and even men’s skin, that you can buy separate
- In all though, the device itself worked wonders on me and yes, I would definitely recommend it to those of you willing to invest in stepping up your skincare routine
- Personally, I’ve been using Mia 2 for three months now and beyond the overall glow of my skin right now, the hormonal acne breakouts I usually get with the arrival of my period each month are gone
The Bad
- After two straight days using the included radiance brush head (an exfoliator), my face admittedly felt slightly raw and still very dry
- Consider that you’re supposed to change brush heads every 3 months or so, which cost you about another $25-27 each with some discounts for two-packs
- I would say that you’re mostly satisfied with a super-quick cleansing routine, this device probably isn’t the one for you. Not just because of the price, but the effort
I Washed My Face With A Clarisonic Mia 2
The Good
- It can remove makeup & cleanse skin better than your hands alone
- It’s gentle on the skin
- You can use it daily
- You can target your skin concerns
The Bad
- While I did thoroughly enjoy cleansing my skin with a Clarisonic (and plan to continue doing so), I did notice a few pimples on my skin when first using this device. Sometimes when you start something new, your skin needs time to adjust to it
Clarisonic Mia 2 Review: Thoughts After 2
The Good
- Cleanses deeply
- Very effective physical exfoliator
- Removes dead skin and unclogs pores, which overtime will lead to smoother and brighter looking skin
The Bad
- Expensive
- Having to change the brush heads every 3-4 months
- Cleaning it. (If you’re lazy like me, this eventually becomes a hassle.)
Clarisonic Mia 2 Review: Is It Right For
The Good
- It’s like a spa facial treatment under your shower at home
- Just 60 seconds to deeply cleanse your face
- Plenty of different brushes to choose from for different skin types and purposes
The Bad
- It’s pricey, but it’s the most effective tool available. I wouldn’t recommend any other one
